- Strictly on merit basis as per merit list to be published by Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) & NCTE norms.
- The reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and other categories as per rules of the Central Government/State Government, whichever applicable.
