I am glad to welcome you to Dev Sangha Institute of Professional Studies and Educational Research (DIPSER), a reputed institution for teachers’ education located in Deoghar district of Jharkhand State in India. The Institute, established in 2001, aims at developing committed women teachers dedicated to the cause of learning and ever conscious of their role as builders and responsible guardians of the society of compassionate and morally developed human beings.
DIPSER is led by intellect and steered by values. Its management is entrusted to experienced academicians from premier Institutions, leaders from industry and the service sector and management professionals committed to excellence of its students through continual improvement in the Quality of Academic and related Support Services in order to ensure that DIPSER works unremittingly towards its objectives and becomes a model academic institution in the National context.
Over the years DIPSER has underscored achievements in all its activities. -Its students, most of whom come from underprivileged segments of society, have exhibited commendable academic performance as evidenced by their consistent performance in University examinations and have also been meaningfully involved in various social service activities aimed at national development.
